The Semicentennial Nineteenth Century French Studies Colloquium will be held at the Washington Duke Inn in Durham NC. NCFS has secured reduced rates of $229 per night with Washington Duke Inn.
Washington Duke Inn is a beautiful lodging closely located to Duke University, Nasher Museum of Art, as well as Downtown Durham.
Travel
The closest airport to the conference location is the Raleigh–Durham International Airport (RDU). Public transportation is free in Durham, all GoDurham buses can be taken with no prior tickets. Uber and Lyft are also other options to circulate in the city (prices vary). Shuttles will be available for certain NCFS events happening outside the hotel.
